I am sending in the APK controller for maintenance after having been used steadily for 3 ½ years.  I have been told the pumps last about 3 years and if true it has done well.

I have had 2 terribly deep pressure sores since 2009 and your cushion has made it possible to sit up and the sores slowly healing.  One was as large as a grapefruit to begin.

I wish to thank you for all of the help that you have given me over the years.  Your products are the best and I wouldn’t be up and about without them.
